Our guaranteed check-in begins at 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we will do our best to prepare the room for you earlier, depending on availability. To be sure, we ask you to book an early check-in.

The check-out is regularly scheduled until 11:00 AM. If you need more time, you are welcome to book a late check-out.

We serve our breakfast daily from 07:30 to 10:30.

We are happy to provide a baby bed free of charge.
For children up to and including 11 years old, we offer an extra bed including breakfast for €25.00 per night.
Children up to and including 15 years old pay €35.00 per night for the extra bed including breakfast.
Please let us know in advance if you need a baby or extra bed.

Restaurant opening hours:
Daily from 18:00 (kitchen until 20:30)

Café opening hours:
Daily from 12:00 - 17:30

Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies, intolerances, or special dietary requirements, such as vegetarian or vegan dishes. Our chef looks forward to creating an individual menu that fully meets your needs.

Dogs are warmly welcomed here. We charge a fee of 15 € per dog per night for their stay.
Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, but in the café, your four-legged friends are more than welcome to accompany you.

Our wellness area offers you a naturally warm Glaubersalz thermal bath, a Finnish sauna, two steam baths, an ice cave, a volcanic cave, a tecaldarium, and a fitness studio.
